Note:-

1.

Fees for elective subject Computer Science/IP (if taken the subject) Rs 270/- will be added in total fees for Offrs, JCOs, OR & Staff’s wards and for Civilians wards Rs 570/-..

2.

Defence Civilian & GREF personnels in respect of their wards to be treated at par with the wards of Army Personnel fee rates.

3.

The school fees for the year is collected in four installments as under:-

(a)		Apr, May & Jun in the month of April.
(b)		July, Aug & Sep in the month of July.
(c)		Oct, Nov & Dec in the month of October.
(d)		Jan, Feb & March in the month of January.

4.

Last date of submission of fees in the bank is 10th of the month in which Fee is required to be paid.

5.

Fee payment can be done through A/C PAYABLE Cheque of Mhow Clearing or Indore cash at IDBI Bank.

6.

Every cheque must be accompanied by Fee Slip mentioning the name of student, class and fee slip serial number. This can also be mentioned on the reverse of the cheque.

7.

*Late fee as under will be charged after last date for submission of school fees:-

(a)		Upto 20th of current month : ₹ 100/-
(b)		Upto one month delay : ₹ 200/-
(c)		Upto two months delay : ₹ 400/-
(d)		Upto three months delay : ₹ 750/-

* Late fee of Qtr (Apr-Jun 2020) will not be charged .
